The problem of flat head occurs when the Oxyhydrogen flame ampoule sealing machine is working
The Oxyhydrogen flame ampoule sealing machine may be single-headed or double-headed symmetrical sealing. Double-heads can improve work efficiency. Normally, when we sealing the ampoule bottles, there may be such a problem: the sealed head is almost flat, and a small bump will appear in the middle. In this case, you must pay attention. The flame temperature of the hydrogen-oxygen flame ampoule sealing machine is very high, and the surface temperature can reach to 2800 ℃. Conventionally, a flame seal is sufficient. The double flame seal can improve the sealing efficiency. But most of the ampoule bottles are thin-wall tubes, and the bottleneck can be blown flat in a short time, that is to say, the bottleneck is sealed evenly before the waste head is pulled out. At this moment, what we need to pay attention is to adjust the size of the flame and the spray angle. Do not compare with the gas-fired ampoule sealing machine. The air pump pressure of the ampoule sealing machine is very low. The gas produced by the Oxyhydrogen flame ampoule sealing machine is released after the enclosed space reaches a certain pressure.
If it is just a flame seal, we only need to adjust the size of the flame 、the spray distance and angle of the flame. Use external flame heating as possible as you can. The time to pull out of the bottle is also very important. It requires continuous training to control it very well. If conditions permit, you can also use a double-flame head to seal. One flame head is a little bit higher, and the flame can be adjusted larger to have a fusing effect. A flame head is a little bit lower, and the flame is adjusted as small as possible to have a shaping effect; some small neck bottles may not need to be operated in this way, but for 5-20ml ampoule bottles is necessary.
