1The ampoule filling and sealing machine is an all-in-one machine for filling and sealing ampoule glass bottles newly developed by our company. It has small size, simple and convenient operation, can adapt to various specifications of ampoules, does not need frequent replacement of molds, and has functions such as no bottle nofilling, nitrogen filling before and after filling, and filling volume adjustment.
2This machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the filling needle is made of 316L stainless steel, and the bottle to be sealed is automatically rotated when it enters the sealing area, and the blue color produced by the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen flame or gas + oxygen is used. Flame blown seal (according to customer). It is an ideal equipment for laboratories, scientific research units and school teaching
Applications
Operation method
1.Connect the oxygen, gas and nitrogen hoses to the inlet at the back of the machine, open the gas valve, light the flame, and then slowly turn on the oxygen until the flame is blue and the length of the flame core is about 5~8mm.
2.Turn on the equipment to run automatically, put the bottle manually → fill with nitrogen before filling → fill → fill with nitrogen after filling →melt and seal → manually collect the finished product.
3.The sealing speed depends on the size of the flame and the size of the firepower. Generally, the bottle mouth can be melted and sealed within 2~3 seconds.
